After the initial consultation, we'll set up a meeting with our in-house architectural team to design the home and create the plan for building. You'll also meet with our design manager to select all of the features and fixtures in your new home. 

Pre-Construction

Once the consultation and design are complete, the physical building process begins. Copper Leaf Custom Homes breaks down this segment into multiple steps. Pre-Construction involves preparing the site, acquiring the necessary permits, and finalizing funding before ground breaking.

The framing in any new home construction project are the bones of a new home

 Once the design consultation and selections are complete, the physical building process begins. Copper Leaf breaks this down into several sub-steps: Foundation, Framing, Utilities, Inspection, Paint, Drywall & Insulation, then Cabinets, Flooring & Fixture Installation.

Construction is complete, so buyers will have a pre-closing walk-through and inspection with Copper Leaf's Director of Construction or Superintendent to confirm the home meets the buyer's expectations. Once paperwork is signed, you're closed and the home is yours!

Tools and home maintenance for builder's warranty information

Copper Leaf Custom Homes gives new owners a full year of warranty service managed by their in-house service team. If something is damaged or stops working, submit a warranty repair request and we'll get it taken care of for you. Restrictions do apply, so read the warranty to see what elements are covered.
